Dumbbell Font Delt Raise

  • Grab a pair of moderately light dumbbells and stand tall with your arms in front of your hips.

  • Raise your arms forward so your arms are at shoulder height, letting your shoulders glide into position naturally.

  • Lower your arms back to the starting position with the same control used on the way up.
