Farmer's Carry

  • Grab two dumbbells of equal weight and stand up straight with your feet shoulder-width apart.

  • Engage your core muscles and keep your shoulders back and down. Walk forward with small, controlled steps, keeping your back straight and your gaze forward.

  • Keep your arms relaxed, allowing the dumbbells to hang by your sides. Take smooth, even strides, focusing on stability and balance.
