Pike Push-up w/ Feet Elevated

  • Start in a push-up position with your feet elevated on a bench or platform, hands placed slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.

  • Engage your core and lower your head towards the ground by bending your elbows, keeping your body in a straight line.

  • Push through your palms to return to the starting position, fully extending your arms and pressing your feet into the platform.
