Lie on the face down and keep your chest, hips, and feet in contact with the ground. Raise both arms behind your head and pull your elbows in line with your ears.
Sweep your arms out to the sides, maintaining a wide arc. Rotate your palms outward as your arms move behind your back. Bend your elbows.
Reverse the movement by bringing your arms back behind your head. Complete the motion and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
