Bodyweight Biceps Curl

  • Stand facing the anchor point, grip the TRX handles with palms facing up, and lean back slightly, keeping your body in a straight line.

  • Engage your core, bend your elbows, and curl your hands towards your shoulders, maintaining tension in the straps.

  • Slowly extend your arms back to the starting position, keeping your body stable and core tight throughout the movement.
