Join NowCable Biceps Curl
Set a cable attachment (such as a rope or straight bar) at a low angle and stand with your hands by your hips in an under-grip position (palms facing up).
Curl your arms upward toward your shoulders and squeeze your biceps muscles at the top of the motion.
Hold this position for 1-2 seconds before lowering your arms back to the starting position with control.
