Cable Chest Fly

  • Set up a dual pulley cable to position the handles slightly below shoulder height. Grab the handles and step forward into a standing lunge position.

  • Straighten your spine, hold your arms to the side of your chest, and your elbows straight. Pull your hands towards each other without changing your elbow position.

  • Hold this position for 1-2 seconds before bending your arms back to the starting position.
