Push-up

  • Elevate your hands on a pair of parallel bars and start in a plank position with your arms straight. Hold your body in a straight line.

  • Bend your elbows to lower yourself into a push-up position. Keep your core tight as you lower down slowly, then push yourself back into the starting position.

  • Keep your arms close to your body when performing the push-up to ensure good chest, shoulder, and tricep activation.
