Cable Triceps Extension

  • Set a cable attachment (such as a rope or straight bar) at a high angle. Stand with your elbows bent and hands in an over-grip position (palms facing down).

  • Straighten your arms down towards your hips and squeeze your triceps at the bottom position. If you are using a rope attachment, pull the rope apart as you straighten your arms to engage your triceps muscles fully.

  • Hold this position for 1-2 seconds before bending your elbows back to the starting position with control.
