Jefferson Curl

  • Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and tuck your tailbone downward to stabilize your lower back. Bring your chin down towards your chest and curl your spine downward, vertebrae by vertebrae.

  • Keep your tailbone tucked downward as long as possible to stretch your lower back.

  • Once you reach your end range, reverse the motion until you stand, lifting your head last.
