Squat Jump

  • Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms at your sides. Engage your core and keep your chest up.

  • Bend your knees and push your hips back to lower into a squat. Keep your weight over your mid-foot and your knees over your toes.

  • Explode upwards, jumping as high as you can while swinging your arms overhead. Land softly on the balls of your feet and immediately lower back into the squat position for the next jump.
