Begin in a lunge position with one foot forward, knee bent at 90 degrees, and the other foot back, also bent at 90 degrees.
Explode upward, switching your legs mid-air so that you land with the opposite foot forward.
Land softly back into a lunge position, ensuring your knees are bent at 90 degrees, then immediately jump again and repeat.
