Plyo Push-up

  • Start in a high plank position with your hands shoulder-width apart and your body in a straight line from head to heels.

  • Bend your elbows and lower your chest towards the ground. Then, explosively push through your hands to lift your upper body off the ground.

  • As you land, bend your elbows slightly to absorb the impact and immediately go into the next repetition.
