Join NowSpeed Skater Jump
Stand with your feet hip-width apart and knees slightly bent. Push off your right foot and jump to your left, landing softly on your left foot.
As you land, bring your right foot behind your left, lightly tapping the ground. Swing your arms naturally with the jump to maintain balance.
Quickly push off your left foot and jump back to the right, landing softly on your right foot and bringing your left foot behind you. Continue jumping side to side, keeping your movements quick and controlled.
