Kettlebell Arm Bar

  • Lie on your back with a kettlebell in one hand, arm extended straight up, and bend the same side knee while keeping the other leg straight.

  • Roll onto your side by pressing through your bent leg, keeping your eyes on the kettlebell and your arm stable and extended.

  • Once on your side, extend your top leg behind you and use your free hand for balance, maintaining a steady position and controlled breathing.
