Lie on your back with a kettlebell in one hand, arm extended straight up, and bend the same side knee while keeping the other leg straight.
Roll onto your side by pressing through your bent leg, keeping your eyes on the kettlebell and your arm stable and extended.
Once on your side, extend your top leg behind you and use your free hand for balance, maintaining a steady position and controlled breathing.
