Join NowRunner's Lunge w/ Rotation
Step forward with your right foot into a lunge position, bending at the knee so your right thigh is parallel to the ground. Extend your left knee back until it hovers just above the floor.
While maintaining your lunge, place your left hand on the ground inside your right foot for support. Extend your right arm towards the ceiling, rotating your torso to the right.
Lower your right arm back to the ground and repeat for the desired number of repetitions. Repeat the movement on the left side by stepping forward with your left foot and rotating your torso to the left.
