Side-lying Hip CARs

  • Lie on your side with extended legs, and stretch your hands out before your body. Flex your knee towards your chest and open your leg to the side.

  • Rotate your hip and drive your heel back before lowering your leg next to the other.

  • Repeat in the opposing direction. Perform on both sides.
