Join NowQuadruped Thoracic Rotation
Begin on all fours with your hands directly under your shoulders and your hips over your ankles.
Place one hand behind your head, keeping your elbow bent. Rotate your torso, bringing your elbow down toward your supporting arm, then slowly rotate upward, opening your chest and pointing your elbow toward the ceiling.
Focus on moving through your thoracic spine, not your lower back or hips. After completing your reps on one side, return to the starting position and switch to the other arm.
