Start in a quadruped position with your hands directly under your shoulders and knees under your hips. Drive your right heel backward, maintaining a 90-degree bend in your knee.
Keep your hips square to the ground and rotate your hip out to the side and then forward, bringing your knee as close to your chest as possible.
Reverse the movement to complete one full circle. Repeat for the desired number of reps, then switch to the left side.
