Calf Raise w/ Toes Elevated

  • Place your toes on an elevated surface like a step or block, keeping your heels hanging off the edge.

  • Push through the balls of your feet to raise your heels as high as possible, squeezing your calves at the top.

  • Lower your heels back down below the level of the step in a controlled manner, stretching your calves fully.
