Stand before a single kettlebell and bend from your hips to tilt it at an angle. Keep your spine straight and your head in a neutral alignment.
Swing the kettlebell between your legs and thrust forward, locking out your hips at the top of each rep. Keep your arms relaxed as the kettlebell swings upward and floats at the top of its swing.
Maintain a strong and stable core as you swing the kettlebell between your legs and repeat.
