Dumbbell Bent-over Row

  • Hold a pair of dumbbells by your sides and bend from your hips while maintaining a neutral spine alignment.

  • Squeeze your shoulders together as you bend your elbows to your sides.

  • Hold the top of the movement for 1-2 seconds before straightening your arms to the starting position.
