Dumbbell Biceps Curl

  • Grab a pair of dumbbells in each hand, and hold them at your sides with your palms facing each other.

  • Curl both arms simultaneously, turning your palms upward at the top of the movement to fully engage your biceps.

  • Slowly lower your arms back to the starting position. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
