Join NowFace Pull
Grab a TRX, stand facing the anchor point, and hold one handle in each hand. Step back to create tension in the straps and lean back slightly, extending your arms in front of you.
Your body should be slightly angled, with your heels on the ground and your arms straight. Begin by pulling your body towards the handles, squeezing your shoulder blades together as you pull.
Your hands should end up near your face; hence the name "face pull". Hold the position briefly, emphasizing the squeeze in your upper back. Slowly extend your arms back to the starting position, maintaining control.
