Pelican Biceps Curl

  • Adjust the TRX straps or gymnastic rings to mid-length and stand facing away from the anchor point, holding the handles with palms facing up.

  • Lean forward, extending your arms behind your body while keeping your body in a straight line from head to heels.

  • Pull the handles towards your shoulders by bending your elbows and engaging your biceps, then slowly return to the starting position.
