Incline Push-up

  • Start in a plank position with your hands on an elevated bar or surface.

  • Bend your elbows to lower yourself into a push-up position, then push yourself back into the starting position.

  • Keep your arms close to your body when performing the push-up to ensure good chest, shoulder, and tricep activation.
