Kneeling Back Bend

  • To perform the kneeling back bend, start by kneeling on the ground with your toes pointing backward and your hands on your hips or across your chest.

  • Lift your chest up towards the ceiling while keeping your hips grounded. As you do this, begin to arch your back and tilt your head backward while taking deep breaths.

  • Make sure to engage your core muscles to support your lower back and avoid over-arching. Hold the pose for a few deep breaths, then slowly release and return to a neutral position.
