Join NowNeck CARs
Start in a standing position with your arms at your sides. Bend your neck forward, bringing your chin towards your chest. Keep the rest of your spine as straight as possible.
When you reach your limit, rotate your neck to the right side and bend sideways to open the scalenes in the side of your neck.
Continue rotating your neck through extension and towards your opposite side. Rotate your neck towards the left and return your chin to your chest. Alternate directions after each repetition.
