Neck CARs

  • Start in a standing position with your arms at your sides. Bend your neck forward, bringing your chin towards your chest. Keep the rest of your spine as straight as possible.

  • When you reach your limit, rotate your neck to the right side and bend sideways to open the scalenes in the side of your neck.

  • Continue rotating your neck through extension and towards your opposite side. Rotate your neck towards the left and return your chin to your chest. Alternate directions after each repetition.
