Kneeling Chop

  • Start in a kneeling lunge position and hold a weight plate in front of your body on the opposite side of your lead leg.

  • Raise the weight diagonally, raising your arms overhead. Use your hips and torso to initiate the movement.

  • Lower the weight back to the starting position with control.
