Attach the resistance band to a sturdy anchor point at chest height. Hold the resistance band handles with both arms extended straight out in front of you at chest level, parallel to the floor.
Rotate your upper body to the right, allowing your arms to move with the twist. Exhale as you twist, focusing on contracting your right oblique muscles.
Hold the twisted position for a brief moment, squeezing your obliques. Inhale as you return to the starting position, slowly untwisting your upper body back to the center. Repeat the movement, this time twisting to the left side.
