Passive Hang

  • Grab a pull-up bar with an overhand grip and hang your shoulders relaxed and your core tight and straight.

  • Point your toes down towards the ground and pull your ribs inward towards your spine.

  • If you cannot hang with your feet unsupported, you can place the top of your feet on top of a box or a bench.
