Join NowHanging Knee Raise
Hang from a pull-up bar with your arms extended and your feet off the ground. Engage your core muscles by pulling your belly button towards your spine.
Bend your knees and raise them towards your chest, keeping your legs together. Pause briefly at the top of the movement, squeezing your abs.
Slowly lower your legs back down to the starting position. Repeat the exercise for the desired number of repetitions.
