Hanging Knee Raise

  • Hang from a pull-up bar with your arms extended and your feet off the ground. Engage your core muscles by pulling your belly button towards your spine.

  • Bend your knees and raise them towards your chest, keeping your legs together. Pause briefly at the top of the movement, squeezing your abs.

  • Slowly lower your legs back down to the starting position. Repeat the exercise for the desired number of repetitions.
