Kneeling Lunge to Hamstring Stretch

  • Start kneeling with one knee on the ground and the other foot planted in front of you, creating a 90-degree angle at both knees. Keep your torso upright and your core engaged.

  • Place your hands on your hips or the front knee for balance. Gently push your hips forward, deepening the stretch in the front of your hip and thigh of the kneeling leg.

  • Shift your hips back, straightening your front leg while keeping your heel on the ground. Flex your foot and hinge at the hips, lowering your torso slightly toward your straightened leg. Hold for a moment, then return to the kneeling lunge position. Repeat for the desired number of reps before switching sides.
