Join NowKneeling Thoracic Rotation
Start in a kneeling lunge position with your right knee on the ground and your left foot flat on the floor in front of you. Keep both arms extended straight in front of your body at shoulder height, palms facing each other.
Keep your hips square as you rotate your upper body to the right, reaching your right arm toward the ceiling. Continue reaching your arm back as you open your chest to the side.
Rotate back to the starting position, bringing your arms back in front of your body. Perform the desired number of reps and repeat on the opposite side.
