Lat Pull-down

  • Sit on the lat pull-down machine with your feet firmly planted. Reach upward to grab the grip attachment and lean back with your arms straight.

  • Bend your elbows towards your sides, pulling your scapula back and down onto your ribcage.

  • Squeeze your upper back and lat muscles, then slowly straighten your arms to the starting position.
