Twisting Bear

  • Begin in a quadruped position with your hands under your shoulders and your knees under your hips, then straighten your legs.

  • Lift your right arm towards the ceiling, twisting your torso to the right. Step your left leg through to open your hips upward.

  • Return to the starting position by bringing your right arm and left leg to the starting position. Repeat the movement on the opposite side. Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
