Medicine Ball Push-up

  • Start in a high plank position with your hands directly under your shoulders. Place one hand on a medicine ball and the other hand on the floor.

  • Lower your chest toward the floor while keeping your core engaged and body straight. Push through both hands to return to the starting position, making sure to keep the ball steady under your hand.

  • Once you've completed the push-up, roll the medicine ball across to your other hand. Place your free hand on the ball and repeat the push-up on the other side. Continue alternating sides with each rep.
