Triceps Dip w/ Feet Assisted

  • Set up two boxes or chairs of equal height next to each other and position your body between them, supporting your weight onto your arms.

  • Straighten your legs in front of your body so your body forms an "L"-shape. Bend your elbows to lower your body into the bottom of your dip.

  • Pause at the bottom for 1-2 seconds and press your arms to the starting position. Repeat for repetitions.
