Join NowTriceps Dip w/ Feet Assisted
Set up two boxes or chairs of equal height next to each other and position your body between them, supporting your weight onto your arms.
Straighten your legs in front of your body so your body forms an "L"-shape. Bend your elbows to lower your body into the bottom of your dip.
Pause at the bottom for 1-2 seconds and press your arms to the starting position. Repeat for repetitions.
