Box Jump

  • Stand in front of a plyo box or stable surface with a shoulder-width stance. Squat down while extending your arms behind your body.

  • Pause briefly in the bottom position before jumping onto a box (or elevated surface), driving your hips and arms forward to generate maximum force.

  • Land with your feet firmly planted on the box or stable surface. Step down between reps.
