Hanging Leg Lift

  • Hang from a pull-up bar with an overhand grip, keeping your arms straight and your core engaged.

  • Slowly lift your legs to a 90-degree angle with your torso, keeping them straight and controlled.

  • Lower your legs back down with control to the starting position, maintaining core tension throughout.
