Begin on all fours with your hands directly under your shoulders and your knees under your hips.
Reach your right arm across your body and towards your left. Lower your right shoulder and ear to the ground while keeping your hips level.
Bring your right arm back to the starting position and repeat on the left side by threading your left arm under your right.
