Thread the Needle Stretch

  • Begin on all fours with your hands directly under your shoulders and your knees under your hips.

  • Reach your right arm across your body and towards your left. Lower your right shoulder and ear to the ground while keeping your hips level.

  • Bring your right arm back to the starting position and repeat on the left side by threading your left arm under your right.
