Join NowKneeling Back Bend
To perform the kneeling back bend, start by kneeling on the ground with your toes pointing backward and your hands on your hips or across your chest.
Lift your chest up towards the ceiling while keeping your hips grounded. As you do this, begin to arch your back and tilt your head backward while taking deep breaths.
Make sure to engage your core muscles to support your lower back and avoid over-arching. Hold the pose for a few deep breaths, then slowly release and return to a neutral position.
