Kneeling Hip CARs

  • Start in a quadruped position with your hands directly under your shoulders and knees under your hips. Drive your right heel backward, maintaining a 90-degree bend in your knee.

  • Keep your hips square to the ground and rotate your hip out to the side and then forward, bringing your knee as close to your chest as possible.

  • Reverse the movement to complete one full circle. Repeat for the desired number of reps, then switch to the left side.
