Reverse Fly

  • Hold the TRX handles or gymnastic rings with palms facing each other and lean back with your body in a straight line, keeping your arms extended and slightly bent.

  • Pull the handles apart by opening your arms out to the sides and squeezing your shoulder blades together at the top of the movement.

  • Slowly return to the starting position with controlled motion, maintaining tension in the TRX straps and keeping your body straight.
