Hold the TRX handles or gymnastic rings with palms facing each other and lean back with your body in a straight line, keeping your arms extended and slightly bent.
Pull the handles apart by opening your arms out to the sides and squeezing your shoulder blades together at the top of the movement.
Slowly return to the starting position with controlled motion, maintaining tension in the TRX straps and keeping your body straight.
