Tall Kneeling Swimmer

  • Start in a tall kneeling position with your torso upright and glutes engaged. Raise both arms behind your head and pull your elbows in line with your ears.

  • Sweep your arms out to the sides, maintaining a wide arc. Rotate your palms outward as your arms move behind your back. Bend your elbows.

  • Reverse the movement by bringing your arms back behind your head. Complete the motion and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
