Trap Bar Deadlift

  • Stand in the middle of a hex bar cradle and bend from your hips to grab the handles by your sides.

  • Keep your chest tall and squeeze your armpits to maintain total body tension. Drive through your legs to lift the weight off the ground, thrusting your hips forward at the top of the deadlift.

  • Control the weight back down towards the ground. Ensure your technique is consistent from your first rep to your last.
