Join NowCable Chest Fly
Set up a dual pulley cable to position the handles slightly below shoulder height. Grab the handles and step forward into a standing lunge position.
Straighten your spine, hold your arms to the side of your chest, and your elbows straight. Pull your hands towards each other without changing your elbow position.
Hold this position for 1-2 seconds before bending your arms back to the starting position.
