Cat-cow

  • Get on all fours with your hands directly under your shoulders and knees under your hips. Keep your spine neutral and look at the ground.

  • Inhale as you arch your back, letting your belly drop towards the floor and lifting your chest and tailbone up.

  • Exhale as you round your back towards the ceiling, tucking your chin to your chest and drawing your belly button in towards your spine. Alternate between these two movements for several breaths
