Lateral Lunge

  • Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell at your side.

  • Step your right foot out to the side, bending your right knee and lowering your hips into a lunge while keeping your left leg straight.

  • Push through your right heel to return to the starting position, then repeat on the left side.
