Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart. Keep your core engaged and glutes tight to prevent any torso movement.
Extend one arm straight in front of you with your thumb pointing up. Move your arm in a large circle, turning your palm away as you reach behind you.
Finish the rotation by bringing your arm down and back to the starting position. Move slowly and with control, focusing on creating the biggest, smoothest circle possible.
